Dr. Love is a transformational leader with a doctorate in organizational development. Dr. Love has worked in a variety of leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and California Community College District and has over 15 years’ experience in human resources, organizational development, coaching, mentorship and DEIB. Dr. Love recently served as Executive Director of an educational nonprofit organization, where for 7 years she and her team provided enrichment, learning and leadership opportunities outside of the traditional classroom to diverse student populations in socioeconomically disadvantaged neighborhoods. At CPS HR, Dr. Love works as a Principal Consultant, researcher, curriculum writer, trainer and facilitator. Dr. Love currently works with client organizations throughout California, Texas and Colorado.
Jose Gonzalez
CPS HR Senior HR Consultant
Jose Gonzalez has over seven years of public service experience and holds a M.P.A. with a specialization in Employee-Employer Relations, and a SHRM-CP designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. Before joining CPS HR, Jose held several HR positions in both municipal government and school districts.
