Arapahoe County Human Services is seeking a Finance Division Manager. The Finance Division Manager provides oversight and leadership for all accounting and financial functions for the department while creating a culture of integrity and transparency. With a proven track record for building relationships, the ideal candidate will collaborate with division managers and staff to solve problems while ensuring the fiscal sustainability of human services programs.  A strong manager of people and information, the Finance Division Manager will demonstrate fiscal responsibility, effective forecasting and modeling abilities, and be seen as a leader both within the department and with external entities. Reporting to the Director of Human Services, this position supervises 3 direct reports overseeing a team of 17 and serves as an engaged member of the executive team.
